Where I can find cheap NJ college for F1 student?

I'm looking for cheap colleges within North Jersey that can issue an I-20 for my F1 visa. Can anybody can give me anything? Thx|||Since F-1 students must may the out of state rates or go to a private school, the term "cheap" and F-1 do not go together.
