Can anybody tell me where i can get some info the the USA F1 team that is being put together as we speak?

EDIT2: @Immortal, BMW is a manufacturer of engines which has just elected to leave F-1. USF1 is a racing team about to join the fray. Apples and oranges, but I can understand the confusion. I follow it all the time and I'm still confused! :o)
