You can invest into a company but you cannot work for it. On a student visa you can only work on campus, nowhere else.|||Student visa holders are absolutely forbidden to work. If you invested but did not do any work whatsoever, you would be clear on the student visa. However, as a passive investor, you have income tax problems!
Don't even think about it! You are so screwed.
