Is there an age qualification for an F1 racer?

I'm writing the class prophecy and I want to be as accurate as possible. So my classmate wants to be a surgeon AND an F1 racer. So I say, surgeon first, then F1 racer when retired. But can she still be an F1 racer on retirement age? Won't she be restricted because of the adrenaline rush and all?|||The skillsets required to be a surgeon and an F1 racer are oceans apart. It would be a miracle if your friend has the fitness and reflexes required to be in any sort of racing by the time she retires. Surgeon is more practical, so surgeon first and in 30 years time there will be lots of F1 simulators that is almost as good as the real one. Maybe she can have a go in any of the virtual F1 series for that time.|||Listen, if the great veteran Button can do it after 15 years in the sport, anyone can. Please encourage your friend the surgeon, to go for it. --- For the great Button age isn't a factor.

Best of luck to your friend.|||Nothing prevent him to be a surgeon and a F1 racer...The problem is find time to do both.|||This is to MALDINI27. Jenson Button has not been in F1 for 15 years. Like i have said you know nothing about formula one.|||as long as they r healthy n fit to drive a F1 car.|||How much cash do you have ?
