Can I file for adjustment of status from F1 , get a work permit/authorization and how?

I am getting married to a US citizen in fall 2009, I am currently in status(F1) and was never out of status.I need help with the list documents and forms I need and perhaps help from someone who has filed for adjustment without using a lawyer (their fees are ridiculous and my case is a straight forward one ) Is there any lawyer out there who is wiling to help out at a reasonable fee for a basic case like mine?|||After you're married your US Spouse files I-130, I-864 and G-325A.

You file I-485, I-131, I-765 and G-325A.

File everything at the same time, in the same envelope. The cost to file is $1,365.

You don't need a lawyer to do this. You're in college. The forms can be filled out by any high school student. Do it yourself.
