Has anyone recently being granted employment authorization document recently while on an F1 student visa? I would like to know how is the process? What is a typical case for applying EAD under sever economic hardship? Please let me know what documents you submitted and how long did they took to approve or process the case? PLease help anyone.|||You've got a better chance of having your F-1 canceled and being sent home than getting an EAD. Part of eligibility for the F-1 was proving you did not need to work in the United States.
