What are the documents I need to apply for an enployment authorization as a F1 student?

I'm an international student from another country and I want to apply for an employment authorization as a F1 student.Is there anyone who has idea about this?|||usually you only can get an employment authorization after you successfully completed your degree under the OPT program. Generally a F1 visa allows you to work on campus but not off-campus. I think there might be some hardship exceptions. But your university does have an international scholar office which is there for exactly the purpose to help you. Admittedly they seem to be rarely good, but giving you an application packet for OPT usually lies within their competence.
