Why my computer every time start must press F1 and need to face scandisk?

when i start the computer, i will face setup problem and after i exit it, it seems restart and i must press F1 to get into the windows but before that i will see also the scan disk site. it must be happen when i open computer. why will it like that ? help and tq !!!|||Change the "BIOSset up"|||What operating system?
