What if my daug loses her F1 status with a pending I-130 petition? What is a waiver in this case?

I'm a green card holder and want to petition my daughter who holds a F1 student visa. If that expires and she remains in US what will happen to her when the time for status adjustment arrives?|||she can not stay in the US with an expired visa even with a pending petition. if she stay, she will be considered an illegal and will be ban for 10 yrs.|||She will not be allowed to adjust for being her illegally for 5-10 years waiting for the visa
