Will the tution fees be lower if a F1 student gets married with a green card holder?

1. How long will take a F1 student to eligible to pay a residential tuition after married?

2. If I go back to my own country and get married with him, Can I come to US with my status of both F1 VISA and his wife?|||In case of marrying to the permanent resident, the only way to get lower tuition or in-state is to get married and have your significant other petition you for permanentresidency and then establish residency in that state own a car or property pay taxes, live at least one year. Then you can qualify. This process will take years because as permanent resident your spouse has to wait in line for your visa number with millions of other people who have the same circumstances. When citizen is applying for residency that its whole new game and you don't have to wait for visa number to become available. Go to www.uscis.gov |||1. Not until you become Permanent Resident, which would be about 5 to 6 years after your Spouse petition you and your I-130 gets approved.
