How can I find the paperwork needed to apply for a F1 US visa, including my spouse and kids?

I got the i-20 from my university and now I need to apply for an F1 visa, and also for F2 visa for my wife and my kids. What is the paperwork needed for this? Do I need a lawyer to prepare them?

Thanks,

Bernie|||You dont need a lawyer. The international students office at your university should have plenty of information regarding how to proceed.

Basically, after you receive your i-20, you have to schedule an appointment for a via at the U.S. Embassy. Bring all the documentation you can, and all the documentation that sent the university that accepted you.

You can read more about the process here:

This information is from the University of California, you should consult the school you wish to attend
