What can I answer the embassy if I had any F1 Visa rejection while I apply for a B1 Visa during the interview?

I'm appearing for my B1 Visa Stamping now. I already had a F1 visa rejection thrice 3years ago. I expect that the Consular would ask me a question "Why was your F1 Visa rejected?" and "Why don't you pursue your higher education in your home country after it got rejected by US consulate?". Can you please answer to this, how best I can answer the embassy in the regard.|||Just be honest for heaven's sake...|||no one can answer this for you, just be honest about everything|||It depends, I suspect, on why you were refused. Regardless, nobody can answer this for you - just tell the truth. F1 and B1 visas are completely different entities with different criteria.|||It had been 3 years, any honest answer would be reasonable.
