Can I marry a man on B2 visa before he receives F1 visa without messing with the green card process?

My fiance is currently on a b2 visa, changing to F1 in January. But we are planning on getting married in December. Is it possible for him to just do school for a year while I get my finances in order for the affidavit of support? He'll be here legally on a student visa. I'm just wondering if that puts us in violation of some fine print somewhere?|||You can marry who ever you want on this planet and it actually will help them become a citizen, The chinese do this all the time, they even pay americans to mary them so they can legally get into the USA.|||of course the other way is to do it properly
