I am studying at a college in the US. I want to convert my F1 student visa into business visa. How can this be possible and what kind of formalities do I need. I am not into investment but am looking for if someone can file for me as a skilled worker. All I know is to how to make Indian food and I can work at an Indian restaurant too.|||firstly it is not a business visa if you are not employing other people but seeking employment. You would need a work visa. A work visa is generally only given to people who have a degree in the occupation they are seeking. If you are a trained cook and clearly much better than other cooks an employer might be able to sponsor you for a work visa. If you are currently not studying to become a cook you are not going to get a work visa for cooking.
If you are a student you should have a chat with some people at your international student office in order to find out what you can do and what you can't do... You can work on campus, that is all|||Unfortunately making Indian food and working at Indian restaurant doesn't qualify as Skilled Worker to get Temporary Workers visa petition.

And you do in no way qualify for a work visa with those skills.
If you have at least 1 million dollars to invest in a US company, then maybe. But I麓m guessing you dont.|||Bad ,.. You do your course and leave .. then you can try for work visa
but it will have to be far more advanced than a cook ..no shortage of those here
